Patient 2 Pet 3:9-10 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. Sovereign - Ps 115:3 Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.
Stronghold – Ps 9:9 The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
Sympathetic - Heb 4:15,16 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are--yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
