Hot! Hot! Hot! The weather is frightfully hot here. Apparently it is very hot everywhere.
Today, Saturday, Lauren left with her Landes family to Yosemite for one week.
Matthew and Mike returned from their camping trip. They had a blast. They were at Boy Scout camp in Cabrillo Beach, San Pedro, CA. This was a first for both of them. They went boating and did leatherworking.
Wow-we just had a flash of lightning. Did you see it? Didn't think so. Anyway, lightning is rare here.
Had a sweet visit with my cousin, Michelle on Thursday. Her family is so sweet. I taught her son, Justin to say Rock. He just says the "ck" part. Oh so cute.
Emily, Matthew and Mom have been playing non stop Clue Jr. Out of the last 7 games it was different offenders (Mr Green, Mrs White) but it was always the lemonade! Every single time. I think it was to beat the heat.
I have some lovely vanilla candles burning right now but it is making me hungry for ice cream.
